• Enables users to view all personal banking accounts within CTBC Bank through a unified interface.

Transaction History

• Allows users to review recent and historical transactions across all linked accounts.

Real-Time Fund Transfers

• Supports online fund transfers between your CTBC Bank accounts and transfers to other banks within Indonesia via the ATM Prima Network.

Bill Payments and Purchases

• Facilitates regular bill payments—such as utilities, internet, and telecommunications—and enables convenient purchases of train tickets, prepaid mobile top-ups, and electricity pulses.

ATM and Branch Locator

• Provides the ability to locate nearby ATMs and branches based on current location or search criteria including city, state, or ZIP code.

To utilize the CTBC Mobile app, the following requirements must be met:

• An active CTBC Bank account.
• A registered mobile number from an Indonesian GSM provider, registered within CTBC Bank's system.
• An Internet connection via WiFi or mobile data.

The application is available for download from Google Play, the App Store, and Blackberry App World. Use of the app involves:

• Completing the registration process either at a CTBC Bank branch or via the bank’s website.
• Activating your mobile banking user ID.
• Accepting terms and conditions, then creating a personal Mobile PIN for app access.
• Upon successful activation, users are directed to the main menu where all features are accessible.
• Your password and PIN are required for login and transaction authorization.
